Emergency Visit with Exceptional Service
One of out paint booths went down at Oliver Autobody, which is a fairly high volume shop. I called and they immediately attempted to help us over the phone. We still couldn't get the booth up and running so they made an emergancy visit and had us back up and running in under 24 hours. Exceptional customer service.

I have been using the New England Equipment Solutions team for the entire 14 years that I have been the manager of a Massachusetts Ford Collision Center. Jay Currie was originally part of the team that installed our older booth over 30 years ago and when that "other "booth company consistently fell short servicing it, I was thrilled to find out that he had, in fact gone out on his own. From day 1the team went above and beyond to make sure I never missed a day of paintwork. Whether they had to get here at the crack of dawn or stay all night and lock the doors for me, they have never left me hanging. Obviously when the workload picked up and we needed a second paint booth,there was only one company to call. Our new booth went in seamlessly, all aspects of the permits, construction, and installation were meticulous, and we were up and running way ahead of schedule. New England Equipment Solutions keeps both of our booths on a maintenance schedule, as well as stop ins for an occasional surprise visit to check and fine tune them. We literally never have to worry about anything unexpected happening. We definitely recommend Sebastien and the crew for all of your new and existing booth sevices.

We are a commercial truck body shop in Providence, RI and have now used Sebastien and his team at New England Equipment Solutions to do a multi day deep clean of our 70 foot spray booth two years in a row. They have come in, fully cleaned the booth with a power wash, adjusted lights, changed the filters, and optimized our booth pressure to keep us running as efficiently and clean as possible. They keep our down time to a minimum and keep our paint work looking great. Happy to have them back next year!
